My wife and I may be GTS’s longest distance customers. We drove 1000 miles to get our “best” RV from Kenneth, Linda and Brian. We are full-timers and when we got to Big Island Virginia our refrigerator died. Of course it was full of food. Called them and took the motorhome in so they could check out and get info. Took about a week for new cooling unit to arrive. They were busy with new units to setup that were sold and other RVs to work on, but they made time to get us in. They took the time and ordered in the highest rated cooling unit with all the extras and did it in one day, and it now cools better than it ever has. Their timely service saved us a lot on motel hassle. Now about the people there. They are great and knowledgeable, they kept me up on what was happening and when. I highly recommend them. Also the 2 other RV establishments I visited both wanted to replace the refrigerator a Norcold 1210lrim at 3 times the cost to repair it. - Ray
